BASIC BUILDER’S FAN
The basic builder’s/water wheel fan is the most common bathroom exhaust fan. It is used in powder rooms and regular size bathrooms 5′ x 8′ (40 square feet). It is easy to clean and has left or right rotation capabilities. Furthermore, it can also be modified to fit 99% of all existing bath exhaust fans.
