When is just cleaning & lubrication an option?

• If you’re going to renovate and plan on upgrading your fan,
• If you’re moving soon and want a quiet fan during home inspections,
• If you have an expensive fan,
• If you have a hard-to-find part problem

We do an audio gyro pressure test to see if your fan is a good candidate for refurbishing.

We disassemble the motor and refill the lubricant reservoir after cleaning the interior parts.

This process extends the life of your fan considerably.

Note: like all electrical appliances, there is no guarantee, as only new fans come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
